WARRANTY: FJ offers a 6 month warranty for material and workmanship under normal wearing conditions on all of our FJ pieces: Any piece of jewelry that is found to be defective due to material or workmanship will be replaced or repaired - subject to jewelers inspection - at no charge within 6 months of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways. After the 6 month warranty any repairs needed will be at customer’s expense. * Chains are sold at wholesale prices as a courtesy to our customers. Since they are provided by a 3rd party, chains are not warrantied. Any work done on an FJ piece by an outside jeweler will void warranty. The warranty does not apply and will be voided if the item is damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration.
EXCHANGE: On any purchase if you are not completely satisfied or if you need a different size you may return the item within 14 days in unworn condition for exchange or store credit less shipping costs. We do not offer refunds

Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your stock item purchase, we will gladly issue you a store credit for future purchase or exchange the item for you within 14 days of purchase when returned in new condition. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU HAVE TO SEND YOUR RING BACK FOR EXCHANGE THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS BOTH WAYS.
