Exchanges & Refunds
On any purchase if you are not completely satisfied or if you need a different size you may return the item within 14 days in unworn condition for exchange or store credit less shipping costs. We do not offer refunds on Custom orders. Special orders & Closeout sales are non-exchangeable. If you need to send your ring back to exchange you would have to pay for shipping both ways.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs both ways associated with any exchange or return.

Warranty & Repair
WARRANTY: FJ offers a 6 month warranty under normal wearing conditions on all of our FJ pieces: Any piece of jewelry that is found to be defective due to material or workmanship will be replaced or repaired - subject to jewelers inspection - at no charge within 6 months of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways. After the 6 month warranty any repairs needed will be at customer’s expense. * Chains are sold at wholesale prices as a courtesy to our customers. Since they are provided by a 3rd party, chains are not warrantied. Any work done on an FJ piece by an outside jeweler will void warranty. The warranty does not apply and will be voided if the item is damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration.
